To verify, this is the test:

OnApproachVendor(acoMerchant, mcmBuy, cpyMaxBuy, fractBuy, fractSell, coaco)
{
sSay("Approaching Vendor... coaco.count="+coaco.Count);
}

returns a coaco size of 0 for all vendors... I think this has happened since the last patch... any thoughts?

It's a known issue. Decal devs are aware and will release an updated Messages.xml soon. I'll post a patched DLL once that happens.

OK, we finally managed to get the changes into Messages.xml, so I've uploaded a patched Skapi.dll built with the new version. Grab the zip file here and unzip into your SkunkWorks folder over top of you existing Skapi.dll.
