I don't know of any because even autoit will pull the focus away from what I am doing and makes the game back in focus (it never gives it back either).

You can try autoit though because it might have just been the macro I was using for Archlord (pos gankfest game I tried for 3 weeks).

With autoit, I adjusted a script for what I need, but does not work, was at work because everything is right!

I used the command controlsend () in autoit...

Still failed!

Nope, I don't use Autoit only had that one compiled script for Archlord I used but I figure it might do what you need considering most high level languages do not need a focus they simply grab the pointers and inject the messages.

Theoretically, we could use Virtual Machine to encapsulate game with actool out of our real desktop

Yes, but this is the real world so I don't know if we really can.

Virtual Machine is a real program, and yes, I think it might work.
Start up virtual machine, with your program and AC tool. Run both inside virtual machine, then minimize virtual machine.
(it's a bit resource-intensive, though.)

I would suggest attempting it with W98 or XP lite that way the resources are not as high.

Step 1: Find crappy old computer that can run game at min settings
Step 2: Setup macro to run on said computer

That's what I do.
