So i want the macro to start running when i boot up
either by AC-tool it self or by a external program

You could use RegEdit and add an entry to your system registry under key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Or the more mondane way, place a shortcut of actool in the startup folder.

Edit the shortcut - Properties, in the Window TARGET should look something like this.

"C:\Program Files\AC Tool\ACTool.exe" <macro name> -start
