Do you have a valid keymap file in My Documents\Asheron's Call?

Try going into the keyboard config screen in AC and saving your settings as a new file to see if that helps. (Do this while SkunkWorks is not running, obviously.)

After making a few changes to my key mapping in AC, I now get the message "Error parsing keymap file." when I try to start the SkunkWorks console. As this file is generated by the AC client and the client parses it fine, the only conclusion is that there is a bug in SkunkWorks.

To get SkunkWorks functioning again, I had to rename the file and let the AC client generate the default one.

I've attached the saved keymap file that caused the error.

Your ToggleChatEntry section has no body. Maybe this is OK with the AC client's keymap parser, but it looks malformed to mine. Call that a bug if you like, but it's not something that's likely to be fixed any time soon. Your best bet is to manually add an empty body to that section, like so:
