Full Version: holding the control and shift key then pressing the ` key

i know how to hold control and the shift key, but i am having trouble with the ` key(commonly known as the console key, which is right beside 1) i tried using keyascii 96 and 126, none worked. so anyone who knows, please give me a hand here.
