I don't know but why don't you try it and see then tell us all if it does or doesn't.

Macro's that I've either Created or Patched together from other macro's have all been in the form of AFK bot's:
Asheron's Call:
BuffBot, InstaOg-Bot (When Decal was down), Elixir Making Bot, Hearty Pizza Maker, Gem Maker, Tusker Beer Maker, Tradebot & the great Spike Macro before MD, MM & MMD notes and Stackable notes were Introduced.
StarWars Galaxies:
Entertainment/MusicBot, CraftingBot, Ranger Camp Bot, DoctorBot
WoW:
MorrowGrain, have a few Fishing bots but never tried them.
LoTR:
HealerBot (Haven't finished this one, being as I have 2 Life Accounts of LoTR, what's the rush?)

I've only used ACTool to create Crafting Bots or Support Bots, Never have I tried, or Care to try to create Afk-Combat Macro's.
