If I were to make a macro that changes directions when hit, then continue atking that direction etc,
would it be something like this
KeyDown {RIGHT} $hit
KeyDown {LEFT} $hit
Delay $PunchDelay
KeyDown c 50..

IF it's so Simple then you don't need any Help. COMBAT macro's are not supported Here. AFK-Combat macro's have always given Scripting a Bad name, hence most here don't support them or the creation of them. We're mostly into Tradeskill Scripting.
