what it does

You load in the news from your server it tells somone the news on command.

i am gonna add more functionality later when i have some good ideas

it also logs @tells from people so if they have anouncements they would like to let people know (quests weddings etc) they can tell you

i thouhgt about making it so they could directly add in the news but i figured it was way to abuseable.

Nice idea Droz, alot of this is built into the buffbots threw the ad messages. People jsut dont take advantage of it, or dont update it enough.
