ACTool macros will not function correctly if your Windows operating system is configured with non-North American regional settings for number formatting.

The most common error experienced with incorrect Regional Settings is "Compute: cannot evaluate ..". This occurs because the Compute statement receives a number that is not in a format it can handle.

In order to resolve this, you must configure Windows to use the period character (.) as the decimal separator instead of a comma.

This is most often required in European countries where Windows by default is configured to use a comma as the decimal separator (eg Germany, Denmark, Netherlands)
