I was wondering if there was an equivalent so I could past in a list of oids and get a collection back instead of one at a time?

No, there isn't, but it would be a trivial function to write using the existing AcoFromOid and COACO functions.
All skapi functions are documented, so if you don't find it in the docs, it doesn't exist.
