Full Version: Looking for logout on death
I'm looking for a logout on death, something simple, i found the few logout on deaths on these fourms but there seems to be problems with them? could someone help me with a recent and updated logout on death? I've had my trade bot @ our monarchy mansion(thats free) get killed by noobs pulling mobs onto me and then I sit at LS... bad problem. Also the same for buff bots. Please help Greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

Why not learn ACTool and write one?
Is this in AC? If so, you can write a script to run away when monsters are near. Also, healing yourself and running I don't think would be at all against code of conduct. As long as you don't target anything, it'd be safe to try and stay alive.
_monstersnear would be particularly useful, and LoadDecalWorld and it's related commands as well. I'd recommend getting the power to boot people from your monarchy, and make a list of people allowed to do it via an @tell and password to boot people. You could also move the bots inside...as a simple alternative.
If you just want to logout and let this happen, you're not doing everything you can about it. There is a vitae variable, and if you can't get that one to work, use the vitae icon in the top and look for it instead. You might want to make sure that the icon will always be in the same place though -- because portal storm, buff and whatever other icons there are could through it off and make your bot not recognize it has vitae.
You could also just mansion recall and recover the bot after booting people. *shrug*
I'd be banning people from the guild, chat, and the bot altogether for killing the bot intentionally.
