The error I get when trying to open SW consol is 'error parsing keymap file.' I have all the necessary programs to run SW, reinstalled in several times; and it still wont work. Any help would be appreciated.

Email me a copy of your keymap file and I'll take a look at it. You can find the file under My Documents\Asheron's Call. If there's more than one, look at UserPreferences.ini to figure out which one is actually in use.

You're missing the ToggleChatEntry section of your keymap file. I'm not sure if this is valid, but my code is choking on it. The fix is to log into the game with SkunkWorks disabled, go into keyboard config, click the UI tab, and assign a key to Toggle Chat Entry. (Tab is the default key.) Then log back out and re-enable SkunkWorks.
